          the cycle of phyforce life is not the same everyday but the ideal routine is there and routine is better close to ideal and pf is workin with jag in this. and phyforce woke up with minute to win it of luis manzano and phyforce went to marketplace to buy beancurd and banana and phyforce went to the seashore on that blvd and to the runway and to mandulungan and to adrian. just like jag. adrian's place is noisy side of the road and cashier keeps on talking ,adrian keeps on talking and everyone is talking and talking and a man came up and paying P1000 ,and phyforce went to hezron with the disturbing invitation of labo and capalonga cycling race. money can make the actual situation of the shop ,the house closer to ideal.

        Phyforce can do cycling of 28 km in two hours ,that is with rest on the river side ,for drinking water for hiding from the sun for its oven like heat and refill his bottle with water. and the pace is slow & fast when downhill and slow when uphill and relax on the plain roads. phyforce did enjoy 711 ice cream and slr fresh pineapple,mr b wants pf to text him  if he is going to tarum .again.and at the start pf dont want to go to slr but ,turning back wont give him the natural high.and so he bear the fiery radiation of the sun and other thoughts that discourage him. and he discovered many things. 2 hours under the heat of the sun , but trees yes trees are there to comfort pf and water and fresh river water , resorts are good example of what a good environment should be ,there should be trees , rocks ,water and mountain. and it should be always summer ,always sunny where the sky is blue and clouds are in the horizon with promise of rains. pf just want to do cycling and from that other cool dimensions of cycling are opening for him. a test of his endurance and a test of how strong is his bicycle. all he need is to avoid lust and eat the proper vegetarian food. and the election is on may 13 and pf have an incomplete lists of candidates.( wikipedia lists / comelec lists ) and pf like wikimapia and android torrents ( get bittorrent first before you can download that). and he just completed the torrents of recipes after searching available vegetarian recipes.

         Phyforce woke up after the 24 hours upavasa and heard mar doing the roof and heard the pounding ,hammering and begin his 1 hour cycling workout and and he left jag doing meditation and phyforce went out to do 1 hour of cycling and at mampili it was 1pm and he wants to go to colasi but he is hezitant and at the mandaso , he saw pambuhan was 32 km .it was 1pm afternoon and daet to basud is 6km and to mangkamagong is 7 km and colasi is another he saw beforehand its 32 km from that sign, and he dont want to go there, he just want an hour and no specific area to visit , but now he is on that road to colasi and not feeling like going there.then this man and his boy is riding a bmx and phyforce followed him and the man told him colasi is very far.and after an hour he is in matoog toog and then places and he want to go back and it is fiesta at hinipaan and its 2pm and it was like furnace on the road ,and he was amaze seeing the tarum mountain the mountain ranges is kissing the sky , those summer clouds ,the dark clouds have nothing to do with summer heat it's just there doing no rain.but it also freightened pf a bit.he wants to go back because its already 1 hour , he decided to give it another 30 minutes, and he saw pablo v. high school again ,those  tractor on the rice field ,all the people on the side of the road selling rice,logs,coconuts, and selling all the junkfoods and sodas etc and some car ,motorcycle and the road was remote ,far away and isolated from the national roads and pf saw mr estrada a sen candidate and ,mr panotes,unico,tallado and their local candidates ,there's some children party and parlor games and fiesta. the bridges was amazing its same like magkalabig bridge with metals above the road. the sea horizon was amazingly great and pf took some panoramic shots and  the road is partly smooth and others are so rough that pf almost lost his handle control.it was the worst since slr,taba taba, tuaca cone mountain and san vicente to slr mountains. pf thanks its his own pace not racing with anyone but just what he needs to live and awakened the life force inside him.last 6 years ago he saw a snake while riding and also monkeys now he saw a huge lizard the size scared him too. bani-as. and pf 1 and 30 minutes have passed and pf decided to add 30 minutes more and the road is getting steeper and more rough and  and the places are looking the same , a pedaling uphill which is smooth and pedaling downhill that is rough and that is another 5 or more km.he did asked that boy of that distance and they are playing ball and a shot made pf decided to go back and its already 2 hours since he started pedaling and he have to go back on the same road ,and he was so hungry  ,he just eaten few banana and water and nothing else he got no food last 24 hours and his spirit wants to give up because of heat and hunger.and he is scared of losing consciousness, and another 2 hours with the same heat and suffering he went to the cockpit and decided to get a break and he ate pancake,tikoy ,rice cake and galapong .and hit the road again and at mabulao bridge he got a water break and it was so tiring for him and he loses all the comfort on his bicycle.its more than 78 km back and forth and for 4 hours. pf can do 200 km in 12 hours its not the same and theres no exact km but its like 7 hours from daet to naga and 12 hours daet to legazpi .he wants that feeling of uphill cycling.

         is it education and work that makes a real life ? schools makes students ,the school as learning place ,and more jobs fair,and skills are indispensable  and if the skills are not met an applicant will not be accepted. if there's a work available it will be no salary, like what happen in some places in China and Philippines and other news sources. one man named john is an employee turns overweight after having a job, a business man was robbed , a lawyer was killed , Gandhi was a lawyer etc, people are looking for a standard for a human being like ladies looking for a lover with job, or man are looking for a wife that loves him etc,.still that's not enough, all begins with good conduct and in the long run the source of income and the proper spending of money.what is wealth if it will tempt a person to do corruption and immorality ? more money more cholesterol , in  a family the main problems are gambling, drugs and crimes from that. the roots are many , the wanting of money and too much  money. if money fell in the wrong hand like what is written in scriptures , it will spend the wrong way. like some children don't know what is right wrong , like some people don't know which is edible and not . some will smoke and eat anything.they call it normal life to eat and drink and go on with life , going to work , terrorize family with anger , terrorize the public when drunk , or when brainwashed with suicidal thoughts.sincerity must be in handling responsibility in the bureaus and departments in the government.there should be drills in facing their jobs against smuggling etc. muggsy bogues is sincere on playing basketball.it starts in the mindset.like handling gun must have mindset of philosophy before giving a person a gun and the only the authorized individual or groups must have it.

          Jag heard of colasi now it is like bagasbas seawalls said devaraja so he wants to see it and wanted to wake up early but he woke up 7am and he wants to do upavasa the next day and jag didnt heard mantra the carpenter and so the roof wasnt fixed completely and jag went out and bought bean curd and pechay and went to the seashore and to adrian.ron ron runaway the son of eva and eva is problematic and water and electric bill is pursuing her , and aeshvarii is affected by her,for aeshvarii is paying it and she is complaining and the water bill is high. and she and her husband can just create noise and talk loudly.and jag was so hungry and and he wants to go to the base ,but he went to adrian and adrian wants to watch bruce almighty .and he wants to borrow it and jag is hezitant and they talk of speedometer and its 2k,to hezron it 1400 and 1700 only it is already sold out the one with night vision ,rommel,mr v and 3 others are there,jag talk about the cycling and how to do cycling fast and showed them the gym android software and my budget software, m h.v. is talking he got 5th place at dagupan to baguio cycling race. and jag was informed of h.v. trophy and hv is proud of the trophy and never mentioned of any cash. and the man with tricycle came and wants to discuss turbo on tm honda motorcycle for private use. and  the friend of mr jv is vf ,and vf is thin skinny flexible cyclist ,slender in physique and he said it is practice that makes cycling fast.and jag heard so much and talk to them , and hv mentioned his got new leg muscles and  rommel was having a break and his helper joey is working on a bicycle and hv is working on a bicycle with double suspension, light wt shock absorbing pork and the frame was black and formed artistically and jag didnt recognized the brand. for them the  brand or trademark is important also Jag.and jag heard them and mr torres and a friend came and jag want to go and cook his bean curd and pechay.and jag wants a speedometer with night vision.and there will be race to capalonga this may 8 hv said. it is less than 100 km.           jag went out and after 24 hour fasting and he went to that street and on the main road of brgy camambugan and to the diversion road and the danavan terminal and transport terminal was there and watermelon was on sale on the magang road to slr and jag went cycling to the hp superstore and to daet cemetery of brgy pasig and to 711 and to the daet marketplace and on the way everyone have slurpee and icecream and jag purchase himself rootcrops and coconut and he was hungry after 24 hours fasting and thristy and he made himself binignit and papaya on coconut milk and biku aeshvarii cooked and tea and coffee mate. and the p burgos st was still made of asphalt , no changes .and the street light are covered with shrubs like a jungle. no politicians dared to make widening and concreting of p burgos st daet.

         jag went out with shanti and before that he saw chang maring a reflex therapist like mr k a skin head from tabaco city and chang maring is from manguisoc . and asim and aeshvarii are having chang maring services and jag went out to church with shanti and the church door were exposed to the sun and no one wants to sit in that sunny part 

     and old ladies are selling yakult and candles with children and begging children are there. and tricycles and mr n.s. and family bring their family car a white multicab . and shanti saw them and jag close his eyes and open his mind.

and the priest in the altar went to that sermon part and did talk about things and jag heard of volunteers need for the church.and the mass ended and jag is fasting so he avoided the fast-foods chains and went to the seashore and took panoramic shots on the horizon and shanti sit there and many are swimming in the distance and dating on the seawall and it was sunny. and two were doing kayaking . and at night jag watched the rated k,and harapan and the gandang gabi vice before the harapan 2013.doris and ted was the host.and what worries jag is the wimax , it was P599.00 / month and its not giving a good service his ultimate dream is to return it to pldt smart where it was planned and it is installment. the worry if jag is when they start to ask for that bill and the service weren't satisfying and is totally poor. an ugly internet like this can be considered as unfair to the subscribers.

          Jag went out and went to the sea and its afternoon and the clouds lowered down the heat of the sunrays and jag went to the seashore and the horizon was caught on his lephone lens and the road is being constructed at the pres Cory Aquino blvd and a lady was monitoring that jag is not sure whats is she doing there she looks like a foreman architect and an engineer in one.and also a payroll. and the cycling tire is soft with sand and with balance and force jag get over it. and its undeniably hot again and the signboard dont allow jag to get in there at the road and at the airport but there was no way the no sign can stop jag. he airport was clear and no airplane at all,but clean and lots of farmer planting watermelon on the left side heading to NW and a woman is crossing the runway from taxiway and on that small bridge carabaos are enjoying the water ,they are water buffalo .And the mandulungan road is still rough and partly smooth and the horizon is yet untamed to jags lens and the fish supply vehicle help jag cycling fast by following it . and workers along the road are there everyday constructing the road.and with adrian is that proud young man from labo. he sound egoistic and with the attitude of i dont know, a slime is $5 how much is it in peso jag said its P250 (if a $ is P50.00) and the proud guy ans I DONT KNOW! repeatedly,actually jag is not asking him. jag is talking to him about the price and converting it for him. he asked  is it good to become a rebel? jag replied if you become a rebel your enemy will become the military. he is hoping a date will come when a race to capalonga will happen so he can survive the race and receive P500 pesos Jag told him its not going to happen.the sunsets and aeshvara and asim went to the church and the fan made it cooler and tea and coffee made it hot. and jag is selling rice ,mighty cigar and eload and people are buying it. and at night cong eming panotes group made meeting at carlos II st corner san vicente st camambugan and the deal or no deal was on then mmk then banana split before banana split was pgtalent and there was magic and amazing dancing, the dance was highly synchronized and the move was appealing . and jag's dinner was ginataang santol with bean curd and rice and had a drink of coffee and milk. and jag wants a bag pack with solar cells in it while Shaoca needs a manicure & pedicure set . and jag have watched the bottom line and still sees the sleeping giant mountain range of basud in his mind.

     jag went to complain about wimax and heard the smart lady about jelly bean so he downloaded the jelly bean for win 7 and it was superb and looks great.it was totally awesome on his neo notebook and pc and jag feels great. and he downloaded launcher unknown to him too like pandora ,apex and really wondering what they look like when installed .and the 32 bits of software on his pc was slow ,knowing its Hard disk is already almost full. and he needs 2TB to catch up with the growing bytes . and java wont download updates on his pc ,his pc got smaller cpu case and not only looks great it is working perfectly.only it is slow.and wimax is under his observation. the other days it is not giving a good service it is always not connected and on and off and unreliable , so he needs to make an observation.and jag findit sunny and he cant go to the seashore the heat is too much so he went to the centro mall area instead and bought beef teriyake for cats and forgot to put it in his bag and he went home without the bteriyake and need to comeback later and mar have repaired the doors because it is now rottened ,using what jag bought like the plywood flat sheet and nails and mar fixed the door of  entoy and it looks new again.jag wants galva steel and nelson hardware doors that are ready made but aeshvarii just repaired the portion that is broken only.so the cha cha music was loud and the coffee was hot and the bicol news is on and mar and jag and aeshvarii make plan for the roof water ways and the tiles on the floor below . and mar is working 2 days already and will be back . under the watchful eye of jag is the work of wimax and mar, and ron who is a hypocrite neighbor. who lend him eload and yet did not pay till now.maffy went back from isabela , michelle did not show up around and only in fb that friends are there but some dont have fb ,if ever they have they seldom log in .most late adult dont know fb and computers they are scared of it. and so they leave the wifi mobile and computers to their kids. and kids do the sign up for them.

       mr. m. c. said one time that"teachers are stubborn and cannot be taught for its hard headedness" what's the truth behind? that's what happen to them inside the classroom they developed that. and its easy to get noticed in them another is alcoholism gambling and thriftiness . one employee of decs is asking money to applicants , for cigar for treat and other favor. how stubborn? if you ask a teacher he she will ask you too.if you ask a teacher the answer is not what you are asking for.its irrelevant.that makes questioning more difficult. and the democratic process is delayed. stupid. doctors on the other hand are the most cruel person in the hospital and also the promoted nurses behave like the worst. that's why cruelty and irrelevance is part of  dullness of intellect. that is when breadwinners get kicked out of their work ,when the handwork of a person is not valued by inconsiderate individuals. mr. m.c. died of lung disease for too much smoking. He wasn't a teacher by profession but also stubborn. that is he sees others but not himself.

         jag went out and bought banana and pechay and he saw for the first time the wife of adrian she was having fun seeing adrian working and while jobs fair is going on at the daet sports complex bldg and jag sees  2 factors in an applicant the age and the qualification. so lots around the country can met that demand so they are travelling. mar said he will apply as carpenter , but they are not looking for cycling rider,vulcanizer ,manager and a bike doctor .jag have two courses but in no way things are relevant to him and the employer there. he is waiting for a need for veggie chef, a musician , a cyclist and a motorcycle rider or a salesman .but  the word experience and skill don't come together and those factor so everything turns irrelevant. the best is for the gifted few only .Some are wanting fame and money etc and some are the irony.some are very rich and some are not.some are middle class some are on the either of the sides class so the middle are between the clashing sides.

      The image was the Brgy Bagasbas ,Daet airport which is the place for para gliding. visionaries are seeing this place with high rising buildings for visitor and that airport will become  more active and will accommodate air bus in the near future.and that sea will become importing zone and the road is Pres Cory Aquino Blvd. The mountain in that horizon is the town of SLR barangay matacong ,the source of fountain of youth. water there are fresh from the springs no chlorine no fluorine just pure thirst quenching water , at the back of that mt is the baay and tulay na lupa of labo (Labo City) also the source of water for all and the slr water source too where marniboy works. about the sunny weather of april its better to wake up early in the morning and go swimming or walking heading to bagasbas and enjoy the beach before it burns you later in the day.

         April 5 when jag have his walkroid for his bike it was functional and april 5 he got 9 km of cycling and the next day was 18 km of cycling.That night he was able to listen to the candidates and their 7 minutes speech and they are talking of promises,sentimental values, fishfund project, traffic seminar for the youth ,architecture, political competition ,years of service, tele soft operas , humor of tv ,free tv shows , future design of marketplaces and terminals and more roads and projects and answering those issues throws against them,the collective accomplishments of candidates who wants to be reelected.One candidate is business minded,others are pro waste segregation , another wants city hood, and all of them wants to be a councilor .Jag was surprised by how they talk and enumerate ,talk intellectually.And people are drinking and smoking.Eating peanuts and meat and drinking gsm.And the nights was filled with with talks ,dance and QA and quick cheap prices .And there was free sandwich and juice and few tables and chairs and people are quiet and drunk.And what they said reflects is the government's future and the influence,power,plans of govt for everyone,now that many governors and congressmans are really working according to righteousness.And it will be a cool celebration of Bantayog Festival the gov have reviewed and solved and learned from the past celebrations and planned to improve that.

what happend?

Jag went to naga airport to fetch naka and with asim,aruni and shanti and with karadha and after 2 hours of waiting outside the airport naka arrived and they went to sm naga city to purchase things like having dinner and buying lephone mobile ,at first it connects better but now its disabled after some few days of using the lephone phone the freakin phone dissappoints jag.jag is monitoring it until at the present .and mar 25 was the day naka arrived after 1 year if working as a nurse at Ksa and back home to dagupan city and then to her home town at daet.she stayed mar 25 to april 1 in daet visiting the marketplace .

Daet is more fun it is home to jag and after 2 hours of van ride 9pm is already late and so karadha went home and the rest went home and that time was the time lephone mobile was new.the next day jag went to claim the baggage and the next day of mar 26 they went to Labo to deliver the the baggage of zipper and other textile to esovaesha via van and they had it accounted and documented and the van going home is without AC its hot like hell ac repair means 30K.and the golden palce restaurant was serving cool except for the chef .time bakery is selling ensaymada and ice cream except for the boy selling ,management forgot to educate their chef and salesman to become cheerful and polite .Most people who are not cheerful mostly are potential criminals so be aware of that.
