The Two Best Martial Arts

    The two best martial arts in the world are 1. Tai Chi (practice in Shaolin temple and in most places in China and other parts of the world) 2. Kalaripayet ( From India) .Other martial arts are modification of the two. Tai Chi from China can bring world peace if taught around the world. 1. Taichi moves with breathing 2. Slow like a curtain going down ( automatically should be quick when applied in actual formal or crude fighting) 3.It has imagery and ideation on every moves 4. It is a form of meditation 5. It utilizes Chi .Chi can make things hot,also can cure,heal , and it is like the pranah,the life force, the holy spirit and is a mysterious vayu or force. Generally it is good for the health of mind and body. Other cool and therapeutic moves are aerobics, cycling,walking,jogging,swimming, and most sports. The best is to get out go to the mountains on nature parks,seashore ,in the  open to do workout get fresh Chi or pranah. Kalaripayet on the other is an ancient martial arts. The two great martial arts are originated from Ringga ( from India) according to Bhagavan. Ringga is more like Kalari (Kalaripayet).Taking negative energy from the ground to use it against opponent. Anyway all the power comes from the ground itself. Any fast movement must be first practice so slowly, it is true also on songs .From slow to fast. But slow movement of Taichi is more therapeutic because the hands and feet becomes the weights,no need to buy weightlifting gadgets. Tai chi according to Tony Buzan helps to cope with negative thoughts and emotions ,its graceful moves will prove that.One can learn that in Youtube, download torrents about that, or from a real person, or get a DVD etc.
